Answer: There are three easy ways to place and order:

Question: What forms of payment are accepted?


Answer:  All orders are pre-paid.
 
1. We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card and Discover Card.
2. We do not accept checks.


Question: What is the tax rate?
Answer:  Your Purchase will be taxed at 8.4%.
                   Should state tax rates or laws change we
                   are required to collect the tax in effect on
                   the day of your order.


Question: How secure is the on line ordering?
 
Answer: It is extremely secure!

Keely Fine Foods is meticulous in protecting the security of the personal information you share with us by using sophisticated encryption and authentication tools. All of your order information is confidential and encrypted so it cannot be accessed by anyone outside of Keely Fine Foods. We use industry leading technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to ensure that your information and credit card number is safely transported online to our secure system at Keely Fine Foods.

In addition, we urge you to keep your password in a safe place and not to share this with anyone.

Also, remember to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit.

Question: When can I place an order?

Answer: You can place an order by fax or Internet 
                  24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Telephone
                  orders are accepted Monday through Saturday
                  9:00 am. To 5:00 pm.


Question: Is there a Handling & Delivery Fee?

Answer: Yes

Baskets and/or gift deliveries are $5.00 per location or $15.00 for three or more locations. This means: if you have ordered three or more gifts to be delivered, your delivery fee is still only $15.00.

A handling and delivery charge of $15.00 is assessed to all grocery orders.
Due to distance, road conditions and access the following areas will incur a $20 handling and delivery charge:

Bachelors Gulch
Mountain Star
Lake Creek
Bellyache Ridge
Gypsum
Red Sky Ranch
Wildridge
Brush Creek above Eagle Ranch
Wolcott
 
At this time we do not service the following areas.

Question: How often do you deliver?

Answer: We deliver 3 days per week.
 
Grocery deliveries are made 3 days per week, Saturday, Sunday
and Wednesday.  Gift baskets are delivered Monday through Saturday.
      
       Hours of delivery are between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.

      When ordering, please provide a requested time
      of delivery.  We will do our best to accommodate your
      requested time. If your requested  time is not available
      an alternative time may be required.

     On your day of delivery, please be available to
     accept your order. Every attempt to deliver
     your order between the hours of 9:00 am.
     and 6:00 pm on specified delivery days will be made.
     However, we reserve the right to be late with your
     delivery if the following conditions exist: adverse
     weather, adverse traffic conditions and peak hour delays.

When placing your order you can expect your delivery to arrive on the very next scheduled delivery day unless you specify otherwise. Please see the examples below.

1.   If you place your order on Monday, your delivery day will be

     the following Wednesday.


2.   If you place your order on Saturday, your order will be delivered

      the very next day on Sunday.


3.  If you place your order on Thursday, your order will be delivered

     the followingSaturday. If you are still not sure of your delivery day,

     please contact Keely Fine Foods for assistance. We are here to help.

If a delivery day should fall on one of the following holidays, your order will be delivered the day before the holiday. If you are placing a bakery order, please keep in mind that bakery orders require 48 hours notice.

Question: What if my Order in not Correct?

Answer: We will rectify the order as soon as possible

We will work hard to insure that your order is packed and delivered correctly. If  you find that your order is not complete or is incorrect, call us right away, we will remedy the problem as quickly as possible.

If an order is out of stock we will notify you and give you an opportunity to substitute.

Question: What if I want to order a pre-order product?

Answer: If you are ordering a product that requires
                  advance notice please see the examples below
                  for expected delivery.

1. If you are ordering a product that requires 7 days advance notice, you will need to place your order at least 7 days prior to your requested delivery day.


2. If you are ordering a product that requires 30 days advance notice, you will need to place your order a least 30 days prior to your requested delivery day.

If you are still not sure of your delivery day, please call Keely Fine Foods for assistance. We are here to help.

Question: What if I am not satisfied with a product?

 Answer: If our products fail to live up to your
                   expectations, we will replace your order
                   or refund your money, provided you notify
                   us of the problem by the next business day.
                   Please reserve the product for return to
                   Keely Fine Foods. All returns will be inspected
                   to determine the origin of the deficient product.

Question: What if I need a new order form or catalog?

Answer: Send us an email, fax or give us a call.
                  We will arrange delivery of a new order
                  form or catalog by fax, email, U.S. mail
                  or personal courier. Just let us know what's
                  convenient for you.
